Elegant glass enclosure with stainless frame
The Savaria Lux V-1504 wheelchair lift, a variant of our V-1504, features a stainless steel framed enclosure with glass inserts. The hydraulic drive system does not need a machine room, and the Lux is suitable for both outdoor and indoor applications. The Lux serves up to 4 stops with 10’ travel (12’ subject to local code).
Customize to suit
The Lux features 304 stainless steel number 4 finish for framing and tower cladding. The enclosure includes tempered or laminated glass inserts for weather protection with beautiful aesthetics. The standard platform size is 36” by 54” (ADA-compliant), with custom sizing up to 42” by 60”. The lift can be configured for one or two entrances with straight-through or 90-degree access.

Standard features and finishes
- Stainless steel framing with either tempered glass or laminated glass insert panels.
- The standard finish is stainless steel cladding for the tower
- Operating panel on-board the lift that includes an emergency stop/alarm button
- Call stations are included for each landing to summon the lift
- A full depth handrail is also included on the platform.
- Both the operating panel and call stations come standard with keyed access for security purposes.
- The Lux V-1504 uses continuous pressure operation and features a 36” by 54” platform.
Safety features
Standard safety features of the Lux lift include emergency stop button on car, non-skid platform, manual lowering device, keyed car buttons and keyed call stations, safety brake and electric door locks.
Commercial package
Including alarm, keyless operation, keyless hall call (subject to type of application), power gate and door operators, outdoor package including Savaria WR-500 weather-resistant locks, acrylic dome top, folding seat, 60 mm buttons, ADA hands-free phone.
