Savaria Link can save time and money for service and repairs on your Savaria product. Using your home wi-fi system, Savaria Link connects your product to software accessible by your installing dealer. The dealer is notified of major faults allowing for faster troubleshooting if needed.

Should your product encounter a fault, the dealer is often able to troubleshoot your system remotely from their office. In some cases, it may be as easy as walking you through some steps over the phone to reset your system or correct a simple fault such as an open gate on your elevator. In other cases, the dealer may need to set up a service call, but Savaria Link can often help prepare the dealer to bring any needed parts to the initial visit, eliminating the need for a second visit.
